I want to try to do this!!! But I sweat reallyyyy easily. I know ppl say to workout during tv commercials and what not but after I do my actual workout, I shower and so if I do something like this or do it durin tv commercials, I’ll just get sweaty again! LolTell yourself, for every X minutes you’re doing an activty that has little movement, you will do one set of this. For example, “For every 15 minutes I’m on Tumblr, I’ll do a set” or “For every 25 minutes of a movie I watch, I’ll pause it and do a set.” This isn’t a punishment, this a reward. If you use this on a regular basis and throw in sets to make up for activities that burn very little calories, you will start to see a difference. In no time, you’ll be able to change the ratio of no-calorie activites to sets. It’ll go from 15 Tumblr minutes being worth one set to 10 Tumblr minutes being worth one set, or even 15 Tumblr minutes being worth two sets. You’ll want to do extra sets once you see the difference it makes.
